The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Korma P.S. Case No.8 of 2015 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant alleged that while a lonely place situated by the side of a river of village Murarpur was raided, huge quantity of country made liquor was found. The petitioner and accused persons are said to have fled away. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is mere speculation of the informant that the petitioner fled away from the place of occurrence. Petitioner has got no manner of concern with the recovery of illicit liquor and other articles from the side of river.

No.7549 of 2019(2) dt.08-02-2019 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with Korma P.S.
