The bail petition of petitioner was lastly rejected on 23.09.2020, vide Cr.Misc. No. 24245 of 2020.

On last occasion, vide order dated 09.03.2022, a report was called for from the court below, which has been received and from perusal of the same, it appears that after framing of charge, eight prosecution witnesses, out of ten prosecution witnesses, have already been examined and only doctor and I.O. have remained to be examined. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2019, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
