2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 255 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 308(5) and 3(5) of the BNS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have taken some electronic items from the shop of the informant and have not paid money for the same.

4. From the FIR, it appears that the petitioner is an extortionist and he has taken the electronic items as extortion.

5. The petitioner has criminal antecedents also and he is in custody since 3.8.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
