After having in receipt of confidential information regarding loading of mentholated spirit at the house of Umesh Rai, a raid was conducted during course of which, co-accused, Umesh Ram and Chandan managed to escape while petitioner was apprehended having 1100 litres of spirit kept in five drums. Petitioner is said to be driver having clean antecedent as is evident from Para-3 of the petition and is under custody since 04.03.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner, Ranjeet Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
