The petitioner is in custody since 12.3.2014 in connection with Sessions Trial No.760 of 2014 arising out of Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.221 of 2013 registered for the offence under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of the learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge IV, Patna.
By the present application, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 19.12.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No.18801 of 2014.

No.33545 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant submits that the trial has been progressed substantively and only two witnesses have remained to be examined. It is submitted that the question of bail should not be re-examined as in all likelihood the trial would conclude shortly.
Considering the aforementioned situation, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months positively without granting any adjournments in the matter. It was advisable in the interest of justice that the petitioner as well as the informant shall co-operate, so that the trial concludes within the aforesaid period.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, this application is dismissed.
