JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out the mistake, crept in the order dated 08.02.2019, submitting that the entire names of Respondents have not been typed save and except Respondent nos. 1 to 5 whereas total number of Respondents are seven and also there is a mistake in the cause title of petitioner with regard to the mentioning of Madhepura only, in place of District-Madhepura and rest two Respondents i.e. Respondent nos. 6 and 7 be also brought in the order sheet dated 08.02.2019 and in the cause title, in serial no. 5, the Deputy Collector (Zila Najjarat), Madhepura be corrected as Deputy Collector (Establishment), Madhepura.
