JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 392 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he on the point of pistol snatched Rs.10,000/- and a gold chain from the informant and also threatened him to give Rs.10,000/- on another date, otherwise he (informant) would be killed.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 16.5.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact. The dispute has been compromised between the parties, which is Annexure-3 to the present application.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like
