2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondents authorities to grant second A.C.P. (Assured Career Progression) to the petitioner with effect from 09.08.1999 with all consequential benefits.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.1451 of 2023(4) dt.04-03-2025 2/2 submits that the petitioner has represented his matter before the respondent Authorities by way of several representations for redressal of his grievances, but till date, no action has been taken by the concerned authorities.

4. In such view of the matter, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Registrar, Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour, Bhagalpur along with the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from today and the Registrar, Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour, Bhagalpur is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks from the date of receipt of representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or through his counsel.

5. Needless to state that the Registrar, Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour, Bhagalpur shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
