2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Chausa (Fulaut O.P.) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with others is said to have fired at the deceased and the shot fired by the petitioner has hit one Tuntun Kumar.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
