All the petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of the court vide order dated 05.05.2014, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11885 of 2014. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11885 of 2014 on the ground that the petitioners were granted bail on the condition that the petitioners shall remain present before the Court below on each and every date till disposal of the petition but charge has not been framed as yet against the petitioners and as such, prayer is made to modify
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6694 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 the above order and they will appear before the Court below as and when required by the Court.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the condition mentioned in the order dated 05.05.2014, is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall remain present before the Court below as and when required by the learned Trial Court otherwise, their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
