The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution case, 145 litres of IMFL was recovered and the petitioner was taken into custody. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.11.2020. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent,
