The petitioner being the husband of the complainant is languishing in jail since 28.03.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail on his readiness to keep the complainant with dignity and honour but the petitioner failed to comply the undertaking.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of
