The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner is an Executive Director of UCPL Company who took huge amount of money from different persons but did not return the money to the subscriber.

It is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but no specific allegation has been made against him. The informant is the Senior Counselor of the Company and he did not make any sort of allegation against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances aforesaid

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18847 of 2015 (6) dt.02-07-2015 and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 28.02.2015 i.e. he has already remained in jail for more than four months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 124 of 2011.
