2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that from the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that it is case of elopement.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Nawada in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, on being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on the dates fixed for hearing.
