The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The brother of the deceased stated that his sister was married with Jitendra Sah, son of the petitioner, about 15 years ago. His sister was pulling on well in her family. On 10.03.2015 the informant came to know that his sister was done to death. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The dead body was recovered from a river but it was found that the wife of Jitendra Sah was strangulated to death.
Considering the facts aforesaid and that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30669 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 petitioner is father-n-law of the deceased, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, District Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015.
