The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2013 in connection with Kesaria P.S. Case No. 125 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 387,504, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though there is specific allegation against him that he had explored the bomb but no injury was caused. It is further submitted that there was a land dispute between the parties and only due to village politics the informant had filed the present case. It is further submitted that all other persons who were taken into custody in connection with the present case have been extended the privilege of bail vide orders dated 03.07.2013 and 26.09.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21084 of 2013 and Cr. Misc. No. 17759 of 2013 . It is further

Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the period of custody, let the petitioner, Krishna Sahani be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kesaria P.S. Case No. 125 of (Anjana Mishra, J) Prakash/- U T
