It appears that the petitioner was granted privilege of bail before commitment of the case but after commitment neither any notice nor any process was ever served upon him and he was declared absconder on 16.11.2006.

Moreover, petitioner was remanded in this case on 6.4.2015 and since then he is languishing in jail custody. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge I, Kishanganj in Sessions trial no. 59/2015 arising out of Thakurganj (Sukhani) P.S. Case no. 67/2001.
