1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AC to SC-3 for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners draws the attention of the Court to order dated 02.12.2021 in C.W.J.C. No. 12507 of 2001 and submits that the case be transferred to the BLT for being decided in terms of the order dated 02.12.2021 in C.W.J.C. No. 12507 of 2001.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents submits that the writ application has become infructuous but the said contention of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents is rebutted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and submits that the said issue will be decided by the BLT.
