Considering the relief/s mentioned in the writ application, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Collector, Purnia (respondent no.5) along with the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

3. Needless to state that the Collector, Purnia (respondent no.5) shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
