Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)/ 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Prosecution case is that 45 liters illicit liquor was recovered from place of occurrence.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Police Station Case No. 534 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
