2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner after promising to supply various goods worth Rs. 12,05,500/- has not supplied the goods to the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that goods have been supplied through a private vehicle. The vehicle owner who is alleged to have transported the goods has not been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the cheating of huge amount, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
