The petitioner seeks bail in Chakia P.S. Case No. 124/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that four accused persons looted away Rs. 2,70,000/- from the cash counter. The petitioner is not name in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Roshan Kumar Singh. The petitioner is in jail since 21.06.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for one year and two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32966 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 124/2014.
