The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 332 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of specific allegation of recovery of fourteen litres country-made liquor from the poultry farm of the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J.) anay U T
