BAJANTHRI) Date : 10-05-2024 The present M.J.C. is filed for non-compliance of the portion of the order dated 30.11.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7770 of 2020. Even though, C.W.J.C. No. 7770 of 2020 was dismissed. However, an observation has been made with reference to statement made on behalf of the A.A.G-4 and it reads as under:
"Shri Anjani Kumari, learned A.A.G.4, states that the moment request is received from the petitioner, the same shall be processed
Patna High Court MJC No.198 of 2023 dt.10-05-2024 2/2 and appropriate action taken at the earliest and positively within a period of four weeks thereafter. Statement accepted and taken on record.
Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms."
2. On the assurance of the learned counsel for the State, the present M.J.C. has been filed. It is learnt that certain action has been taken on the grievance of the petitioner and it was also rejected on 03.02.2024. Therefore, nothing remains in the present petition.
3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. stands disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to assail the action of the Respondent in accordance with law.
