2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 191(2), 190, 115(2), 109, 121(1), 121(2), 132, 324(4) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 3 , 4 of the Damage to Public Property Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant alleged that during patrolling, he received information that four persons were drinking wine at Ramashay Paswan's house in village Chero , on reaching at the place of occurrence , all these four persons were arrested and afterwards all the accused persons including this petitioner raised commotion and assaulted the police party by means of lathi danda and iron rod due to which

4. Considering the nature and seriousness of allegation , prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
