The petitioner has moved before this Court for direction upon the respondents for issuance of the selection letter on the post of Taleemi Markaz Swayam Sevak/ Tola Sewak on the ground that she has taught the students as per oral order of Supervisor and B.L.O. for one year in the Matin Tola, Primary School Gargoan and also got training along with others, have been appointed but left the case of the petitioner and for further issue direction to the respondents for considering the application dated 18.08.2023 before respondents after non-consideration of
Patna High Court CWJC No.1891 of 2024(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 application submitted on 14.05.2019 as per direction by respondents for submission of the application. 3.
Considering the reliefs sought by the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of this, before the respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the representation of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one month from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner.

It is made clear that respondent no.4 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated time.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
