Petitioner is said to have given one garasa blow to the injured but the injury report of the injured reveals that he sustained simple injury on his head said to be caused by hard and blunt substance.

No doubt, petitioner has been declared absconder but charge has already been framed against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge VII, Buxar in Sessions trial no. 103/2015 arising out of Buxar (M) P.S. Case no. 145/2011 subject to the condition that one of the sureties must be father of the petitioner,.
