The present writ application has been filed for the purpose of proper investigation in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016 dated 20.07.2016 lodged under Sections
Patna High Court CR. WJC No. 131 of 2022(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 498(A), 341, 323, 379, 494, 504/ 34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Counsel for State submits that this case may be disposed off in the light of order passed in Surendra Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr. WJC. No. 153 of 2017 and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022.
In this view of the matter, the present criminal writ petition is disposed off with direction to the petitioner to file representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, Superintendent of Police, Gaya and Superintendent of Police, Nawada in the light of the order passed in Surendra Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr. WJC. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases decide on 09.09.2022 within 60 days from today and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, Superintendent of Police, Gaya and Superintendent of Police, Nawada shall co-ordinate with each other and shall comply the Court's order securing the presence of respondent no. 11 before the Court relating to Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016 and take appropriate action.
