2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 259 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of daughter of the informant was solemnized with co-accused Ramayan Mahto. After marriage, her husband demanded Rs. 1 lakh and a motorcycle as dowry and threatened her to kill had she not fulfilled the dowry demand.

He has submitted further that the FIR shows itself that the demand of motorcycle and Rs. 1 lakh cash in dowry is only against the husband of the deceased and not against the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court No. 5, J.M.F.C., Muzaffarpur (West), District- Muzaffarpur in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 259 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
