JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gogri P. S. Case No. 418 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 188, 353, 504/34 of IPC. Prosecution case is that petitioner refused to accept the notice issued by the Circle Officer and he misbehaved with him. It further appears that they have criminal antecedent also. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that a title suit is going on between the parties with respect to the land. No specific allegation has been attributed against them. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria, in connection with Gogri P. S. Case No. 418 of 2019.
