Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 05 of 2016 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016 registered under Sections 7, 13(2) read with section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

The accusation is of taking bribe of Rs. 5,000/- by this petitioner being the Revenue Clerk.

Submission is that petitioner has been implicated in the present case mere on suspicion and is in custody since 19.02.2016. Further submission is that after investigation, charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
