2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"to punish and convict the opposite party for their deliberate, wilful negligence and non-compliance of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 14.12.2017 passed in CWJC No. 10242 of 2016 and for any other suitable order or direction in the facts and circumstances of the case."
3. A show cause of opposite party nos. 2 to 4 is on record, according to which, on 07.02.2019, the Circle Officer,
Patna High Court MJC No.5238 of 2018(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 Andhratharhi has recorded that the Kheshra no. 1330 has been made encroachment free.
4. This Court accepts the word of the opposite party.
5. If the petitioner still has any grievance can agitate the matter before appropriate forum.
