JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant and is languishing in jail custody since 02.03.2016 in a case registered under sections 341, 323,498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and there is little possibility of reconciliation of dispute of the parties.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S.Case No. 384 of 2013( G.R.No. 2274 of 2013).
