JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that as a matter of fact, one co-accused Vinay Kumar had taken Rs. 1200/- from the petitioner and had left his motorcycle at the house of the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20620 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Mashrakh P.S.Case No. 84 of 2016.
