JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that 15 kg. Ganja is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014 arising out of Palanwa P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, East Champaran, Motihari stands rejected.

However, learned court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the trial as early as possible.
