The petitioner is accused in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015, registered under Section 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Chano Mandal having hand in the present case. Thereafter, one Samsung mobile is said to be recovered from the possession of the petitioner, while the looted mobile was of Zen Company. The petitioner is accused in seven other cases due to that reason, the Police got recorded the confessional statement showing the petitioner involved in the present case. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20756 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
