KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 21-03-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s): "(A) A Mandamus commanding the respondents for payment of arrears of Rent from July 2014 to till date and also the current Rent in terms of agreement dated 24.04.2010 for installation of Tower of Vodafone in Village Purikh in the District of Saharsa over Khata No. 253, Plot No. 2011, 2012 and 2013, Area 2500 Sq. fit. Further direction be issued to the respondent to appointment of the petitioner to the post of Guard in the company.

After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not in favour of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law. Prayer allowed.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
