In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to allow the petitioner to file a fresh application before the authority concerned for the issuance of necessary 'No Objection Certificate' from the State Government and approval accordingly from Central Council of Indian Medicine. With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of.
