The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 23.05.2012 passed in Darauli P.S. Case No. 08 of 2006 by which the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, has taken cognizance of offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302, 333, 353, 394, 420, 467, 468, 471, 212, 216-A and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1B)A/26/27/35 of the Arms Act against the petitioner. The petitioner has been found involved in killing of a police constable.

No ground for quashing of the order dated 23.05.2012 taking cognizance under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302, 333, 353, 394, 420, 467, 468, 471, 212, 216-A

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12451 of 2021(2) dt.21-04-2022 2/2 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1B)A/26/27/35 of the Arms Act against the petitioner is made out in such a serious case.

Accordingly, this quashing petition stands dismissed.
