2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 408 , 406, 420, 467, 468 , 471 and 120 ( B ) of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , it is alleged that this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons defalcated the maturity amount of 1,56,200/- of Ravi Yadav .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was working as clerk in the company in question and he had no concern with the deposit or withdrawal of money from the company . Moreover, the complaint himself accepted

No.4816 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 that maturity amount of Ravi Yadav has been paid to him and in this regard a compromise petition has also been filed in the Court below and on the co-accused has granted bail from the Court below on 25.09.2024 i. e,. Annexure - 3 to the bail petition .
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the fact that alleged maturity amount has already been paid to the complainant and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Darbhanga in connection with C .R. No. 662 of 2021 or T R No. 2803 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
