The petitioner is accused in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 490 of 2015, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that informant come to know about the assailants of his son (deceased) through his daughter-in-law, who was present near the dead body and she disclosed the name of Indal Bhonta @ Uma Bhonta Alik Jee @ Gulshan Jee, Santosh Jee and Amarjit Jee. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20654 of 2016 (2) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 Paswan has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2016, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 17796. The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 490 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
