2. This is second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner, stood dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 24.4.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8644/ 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner fails to point out any new ground or changed circumstances in this application for re-consideration of prearrest bail.

4. In view of the fact that no fresh ground has been pressed for consideration of pre-arrest bail as well as in view of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10313 of 2024(2) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Anr reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, the second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
