While disposing of the prayer for anticipatory bail at an earlier occasion under Criminal Miscellaneous No.12165 of 2018 vide order dated 06.04.2018 it has been observed: "In the event petitioner surrenders before the court below and submit a report about completion of entire work within a period of six weeks from today and make prayer for regular bail in that event the court below will pass appropriate order in accordance with law after taking into consideration that the work has been completed."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the certificate for completion of work has been obtained by him on 27.03.2019 and so, he could not comply with the aforesaid
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12716 of 2020(2) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 direction within time which should be extended in the facts and circumstances of the case.
So far the event of surrender is concerned, it could be at any moment without any direction. Accordingly, it depends upon the wisdom of the petitioner.
