The petitioner is accused in connection with G.R.P. Sasaram P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the Police apprehended the petitioner showing recovery of theft mobile, but the said mobile has not been put on T.I.P. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in six other cases, due to that reason, the Police implicated this petitioner showing recovery of the theft mobile from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.20704 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with G.R.P. Sasaram P.S. Case No.93 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
