The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 450 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got a clean antecedent. The allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he was involved in dacoity of Pick-up Van with parcels. The petitioner was not named in the FIR. The petitioner has been taken into custody on 31.10.2019 but till date he has not been put on TIP. Considering the fact that that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is not named in the FIR and not yet
