Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S.Case No.508 of 2018 dated 30.8.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 198, 420, 467, 471(A) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that by submitting an incorrect certificate she got her appointed as the Panchayat Teacher.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has submitted correct certificate but the appointing authority made some manipulation and shown her as successful candidate as such she was working in the school. On
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14694 of 2019(7) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail . Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S.Case No.508 of 2018 dated 30.8.2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition hat she has to appear before the Investigating Officer as well as the authority concerned and shall co-operate in the investigation as well as in the inquiry by producing the actual certificate and she will abide by any final outcome of the inquiry.
