This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Tarabari P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021 corresponding to S.T. No. 327 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(a), 341, 323, 307, 120(B)/34 of the IPC.

Considering the allegation and period of custody of the petitioner, this regular bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021.
