Petitioners happen to be in-laws of the deceased and no specific overt act has been attributed against them. Moreover, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
