The petitioner is accused in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 76 of 2013, registered under Section 420, 120B, 419, 406, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant had a saving account in Bihar Awami Corporation Bank Ltd., Muradpur, Patna Branch, the informant had not applied for loan, but he received notice from the bank which disclosed that informant has taken loan from the said bank.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner being a Section Officer of the Bihar Awami Corporation Bank Ltd. has only put his initial in the account
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20810 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 opening form of the informant, except that no any material has come against the petitioner having hand in the present case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 09.04.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 76 of 2013. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
