JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 The petitioner has assailed an order dated 09.03.2018, passed by the Collector, Darbhanga, whereby he has dismissed the petitioner's application against settlement of land under the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947. The petitioner has, apparently, alternative statutory remedy before the Bihar Land Tribunal.
